日銀のＥＴＦ購入 ３か月で２兆5000億円超 - NHK NEWS WEB

新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大の影響で金融市場が動揺する中、日銀が金融緩和策として行っているＥＴＦ＝上場投資信託の買い入れが、ことしに入って３か月間で、すでに２兆5000億円余りに上っています。買い入れペースは去年を大きく上回り、日銀の積極的な買い入れ姿勢が鮮明になっています。

日銀は大規模な金融緩和策の一環として、多くの株式をまとめてつくるＥＴＦ＝上場投資信託を買い入れています。

新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大の影響で金融市場が動揺する中、日銀は今月の金融政策決定会合で、ＥＴＦの年間の買い入れ額をこれまでの２倍の12兆円に増やす追加の金融緩和を決めました。

それ以前は、日銀のＥＴＦの買い入れ額は１回当たりおおむね700億円でしたが、追加の金融緩和を決めて以降は多い日で2000億円余りを買い入れるようになりました。

その結果、ことしに入って31日までの３か月間で、買い入れたＥＴＦの総額は、合わせて２兆5764億円に上っています。

去年１年間かけて買い入れた額のおよそ６割に達し、金融市場が動揺する中、日銀の積極的な買い入れ姿勢が鮮明になっています。

東京株式市場は先月下旬から記録的な株価の急落に見舞われましたが、今月下旬からは値下がりした株式を買い戻す動きも増え、市場関係者からは日銀の大量のＥＴＦの買い入れが、株価下落に歯止めをかけるきっかけの一つになったという見方も出ています。
